Ascend ABA’s most valued team members are Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians passionate about helping individuals with ASD and related diagnoses succeed while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
A BCBA-D leads the entire clinical team with specialized expertise in the assessment and treatment of severely challenging behavior as well as providing ABA services to adolescents and adults, which are severely lacking in this community.
Clinical Leadership
Our VP of clinical services has over 16 years of experience working with individuals throughout their lifespan who exhibit very severe forms of challenging behaviour, such as SIB, aggression, property destruction, and elopement. Nicole has published over 20 peer-reviewed research papers in journals such as the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis in Practice, Behavioral Interventions, and the International Journal of Developmental Disabilities. Nicole also has years of experience providing training and mentorship to many aspiring and newly credentialed BCBAs through her work with the University of Maryland Baltimore County, the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
